We are a 24-bedroom bed and breakfast hotel and guest house in central Great Yarmouth, offering good value accommodation just 30 seconds from the seafront and Britannia Pier.

We do not do breakfast in house, our friends offer it at their cafe 50 metres away and you can go any time from 09:00 (08:30 in main season) until 16:00. So you have a good night out and a lay-in and never miss your breakfast!

We do not have any restaurant facilities. We are, however less than one minute from all the main restaurants and cafes. There is a wide choice of cuisine from local, fish and chips, Greek, Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean (from budget to à la carte). Also the KFC and McDonald's are 5 minutes away so you can keep the kids happy!

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Child Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
