The building is a fine old Victorian house offering uncompromising comfort, where you will feel welcomed and at home in a relaxed atmosphere. The guest lounge is fully equipped for all your needs including a large plasma-screen TV with Freeview and free Wi-Fi internet access. A full English breakfast is included in the room rates.

A leisurely stroll to the seafront and town centre will take about 5 minutes. All rooms are en suite, including 2 with full en suite spa bathrooms.

Beaumont House was a previous winner of ‘The Best Bed & Breakfast’, guest house category at The Tourism in Norfolk Awards. It is now dedicated to ensuring that quality standards and service are second to none.

A modern, relaxed and recently refurbished lounge and separate bar/dining area serves breakfast, beverages and alcoholic drinks. An optional evening à la carte menu (upon prior request) offers a choice of quality, fresh, homemade food.

The bar is open from 11:00 to 14:30, and from 18:30 to 22:30 (Sunday to Thursday). On Fridays and Saturdays the bar is open from 11:00 to 14:30, and from 18.30 to 23:00.
