Please inform the office of your arrival time prior to your arrival date, using the contact information provided on your booking confirmation. The apartments are unmanned and will require that you to contact the property at least 48 hours in advance to arrange pick-up of the keys.
Check in is between 13:00 and 17:00. Check out is at 11:00. If you are going to check in out of these hours, Base can arrange a courier service to drop the keys with you. Courier fee starts from GBP 20 for a late drop-off. If you require this, please inform well in advance so it can be arranged.
